Use of the Service

MacroMate provides AI-assisted fitness, nutrition, and accountability services through WhatsApp and web-based platforms. Services may include:

User Accounts

Subscriptions and Billing

MacroMate may offer both free trials and paid subscriptions. By subscribing:

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The plans and suggestions provided by MacroMate are generated in part by AI models (e.g., OpenAI) and should be reviewed and interpreted with care.

You acknowledge:

• No medical, nutritional, or professional certifications are implied
  
  

• You are solely responsible for decisions made based on Service content
  
  

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your Account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if You breach these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
